Advance Women Summit. A special event at the Opera House

Advance is the leading global ‘people to people’ network of
Australians and alumni abroad.
We are excited to announce 50 FOR THE FUTURE—
ADVANCE WOMEN’S LEADERSHIP SUMMIT to be held at the
Sydney Opera House from 7—8 March 2011, coinciding with the
100th Anniversary of International Women’s Day.
The Summit will highlight the achievements of some remarkable
women, as well as introduce 50 current and emerging leaders
who are set to drive the agenda for years to come.
This event builds on the success of previous summits and will
celebrate and explore the ways women contribute to the
development of business, social innovation, commercialisation,
and culture across the Asia Pacific region. In addition, there will
be panel discussions, keynotes and networking events for the
more than 200 expected attendees.
Australia’s future depends on our ability to engage
constructively and eectively with our diverse neighbours, and
the Summit presents a unique opportunity to connect with our
dynamic, entrepreneurial diaspora—a community of Asia Pacific
influential women and men, and our leaders and emerging
leaders of business, government and other industry sectors.
Of the 200 people in attendance, 50 will be chosen as
‘Advance’s Leading 50 Women.’
We look forward to your participation at this significant event.
