Join us for our annual general meeting at 1.30pm and then a delightful “salotto” or round-table to explore the inextricable ties that bind us to our mothers.
The “salotto” will be held at the Canada Bay Club, Sydney where we give the floor to our friends and sisters in the NIAWA community. We’ll share stories and learnings about our mothers and what they represent to us and to the wider society. May is the month in which we celebrate motherhood, so we too will be shining the light on their impact on us. Informal, fun, reflective and celebratory – this event will be enable us all to share stories about “le nostre mamme”…and “il filo che ci lega”- the thread that keeps us always connected.
